273 chosen in sixth day of job fair

As many as 273 applicants were today selected by different companies on the sixth day of the job fair organised by AAP government in the national capital.
"273 applicants have been selected by three companies on the sixth day of the job fair," a senior government official said.
The official also said that the 11-day job fair, which began on August 1, has enabled 1,297 youths to fulfill their job dreams so far.
On the first day of the job fair, 142 differently-abled youths had been shortlisted for jobs with multi-national companies.
Over 25 companies are participating in the job fair which is expected to give employment to more than 1,500 youths from economically weaker sessions of the society.

The jobs offered to the shortlisted candidates included financial planning adviser, housekeeping, tele caller, data entry operator, security guard, attendant, helper, driver and peon.
The concluding session of the job summit will be held at Civil Lines in North Delhi on August 11.
