Kamal Kumar and Vinod Kumar, who were involved in several cases in Domana area of Jammu in 2001 and 2003, were arrested this morning, they said.
The duo was evading arrest for last more than ten years.
In another incident, police also arrested another absconder Kamal Singh from Bhagwan Chak area of Jammu district for his involvement in a number of criminal cases registered in 2010.
