3 accused in murder case surrender before JM court

: Three persons, including a 24-year-old man, the main accused in the murder of a second year BSc student of a nearby private college on May 2, surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate court at Shencottah today.
Police said a 10 member armed gang attacked Jegan (21) of nearby Tirupathisaaram Melur and his friend following a petty quarrel, killing him on the spot and seriously injuring the other.
Two members of the gang have already been nabbed and police are on the lookout for others.
