Rafiqul, Ukil Ali and Bishu Garai were arrested from Datan in West Midnapore for abducting a girl from Kharaikotbarh village in Potashpur police station and killing her, Superintendent of Police Bharati Ghosh said.
The body of the girl was recovered from the side of Odisha Trunk Road in Belda, the police said.
