The bombs were found hidden in a road side ditch, Superintendent of Police Anish Gupta said.
The recovery was made during a search operation launched jointly by CRPF and district armed police force in the naxal-affected areas.
Gupta said the explosives, weighing 20 kgs each, have been defused by the bomb disposal squad.
