3 docs at PHCs suspended

: Three doctors of Primary Health Centres at Thiruvadanai and Kadaladi were suspended today by District Collector Nandakumar for reportedly not coming to the PHCs regularly.
Officials said two doctors of Thiruvadanai PHC did not come to the hospital regularly, putting outpatients to hardship. Similarly another doctor of Kadalai PHC was a regular absentee.
The collector ordered their suspension based on a report by the Joint Director of Health Ravi, they said.
