The paper, scheduled on Sunday, was not not leaked, ADG SOG Alok Tripathi said.
Following a tip off, simultaneous raids were conducted in several districts in the state and three men were arrested in Jaipur and two were detained in Bikaner last night.
Jagdish Vishnoi, Chandrakant Meena and Vishnuram Vishnoi were planning to leak the paper before the examination scheduled on Sunday, he said, adding that Vishnu is the headmaster in a government college and was also in-charge of an examination centre.
The accused were being interrogated by the SOG.
