3 killed in road mishaps in Rajasthan

Two youths were today killed and as many injured when the bike they were riding on hit an electric pole on Circular road in Bharatpur, police said here.
The deceased were identified as Harshwardhan and Mohit alias Ashu, both 18 years, an official at Mathuragate Police Staion told PTI.
Meanwhile, the injured Shivam and Dheeraj were admitted to the district government hospital where they were said to be out of danger, the official said.
Four of them were going on bike around 4 am when the incident occurred, and the reason behind it, is yet to be ascertained, he said.

Meanwhile in a separate incident in Jaipur, a youth was knocked down by a heavy vehicle while he was going on his scooty near Bainar station in Sitawali Phatak area this morning, police said.
The deceased was identified as Mukesh Singh (20).
Driver fled the scene leaving the vehicle which was impounded, the police said.
