3 new IRB battalions to come up in Jharkhand

Jharkhand government today approved to set up three new IRB battalions each having 1007 posts.
The names of the battalions would be IRB-8, IRB-9 and IRB-10 with headquarters at Godda, Giridih and Palamau districts, an official release said.
The decision was taken at the Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Raghubar Das here.
