The incident occurred near Khatoli yesterday when the UP roadways bus was on its way to Haridwar from Noida, Assistant Regional Manager of UP RoadwaysPervaiz Bashir said.
The accused boarded the UP roadways bus from Dadri in Noida and later snatched the ticket vending machine and cash bag, in which thousands of rupees were kept, from conductor Nishant at gun-point, Bashir said.
However, police claimed that only the vending machine was robbed not the cash bag.
