3 pilgrims killed as tractor overturns in UP

Three 'kanwariyas' were today killed and 12 injured when a tractor-trolley carrying them turned turtle and fell into a roadside ditch near Badagaon in Mitauli area here, police said.
The accident took place when the tractor carrying the pilgrims was returning to Rajvapur Maholi village after offering prayers at Gola Shiv temple. The driver lost control over the vehicle and it overturned, they said.
Atul (28), Ashish (29) and Chhanga (45) were killed on the spot while the injured have been rushed to a hospital, where condition of seven was stated to be serious, they said.
