3 travel agents booked for duping youth

Three travel agents were booked for allegedly duping a youth of Rs 13 lakh by promising to send him abroad, police said today.
Devinder Singh, his wife Kulwant Kaur and son Mani, resident of Model Town here, were booked on a complaint of Hardyal Singh of village Moron, they said.
The complainant alleged that he had given Rs 13 lakh to the trio last year for sending his son Ganga Singh to Canada, police said.
However, his son was neither sent to Canada nor the amount or passport of his son returned, police said, adding accused would be arrested soon.
