: Two youth have been arrested for allegedly misbehaving with a girl in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh while search is on for another in connection with the incident, police said here Friday.
The arrest was made on Thursday night.
The three on a motorcycle intercepted the girl on the way home from a coaching centre on the night of October 30 and tried to sexually assault her, the victim said in a complaint to the police.
Upon seeing motorists approaching, the youth sped away on their vehicle, the complainant said.
Based on the registration number of the bike given by the victim, the police traced two of the youth and are searching for the other.
