Noida authority received 223 complaints. Sixty five complaintes pertained to road repairs cases, 15 were of building cell, 53 residential housing, 9 horticulture, 34 land department, 8 public health, and 9 industrial. Senior officers have ordered resolution of complaints.
Yamuna expressway Industrial Development Authority received 16 complaints. Six were related to land records, 4 property department, 6 planning department.
CEO P C Gupta heard the public grievances and ordered resolution.
Greater Noida Industrial Development authority received 135 complaints. Twelve complaints were disposed off on the spot and for rest 123 senior, officials ordered resolution of complaints.
