4 injured in panther attack

Four persons were today injured after a panther attacked them in Rajasthan's Dungarpur district.
The panther entered Paalpadar village in Bichiwada area, which is close to a forest area, and injured three persons, including a woman who were working in a farm, police said.
The panther then entered a house and attacked another man, Circle Officer Madho Singh said.
Forest department official S Sharath Babu said a team was sent to the spot to tranquilise the panther but it had disappeared.
He said efforts are on to catch the panther.
