Puchchi Shakya (26), Giriraj (30), Amir (22), and Ravindra (28) were hit by a speeding truck last night, they said.
While Shakya and Ravindra died on the spot, Amir and Giriraj were rushed to a hospital in serious condition and they died during treatment this morning, police said.
The driver of the truck had fled away leaving the truck on the spot but was later arrested, Superintendent of Police, Srikant Singh Yadav said.
The locals also held a protest in Kishni demanding compensation for the victims' family.
