The mishap happened when the car, carrying one Dr Anshu Singh's family, was travelling to Agra from Jaipur, police said, adding that the bike allegedly came on its way suddenly from another road.
The car driver lost control over the vehicle and hit the bike before ramming into a truck, they said.
Two persons riding the bike were killed while two occupants of the car also died in the mishap.
