4 policemen sent to police lines

Four policemen, including an assistant sub inspector, have been shunted to police lines on charges of dereliction of duty here.
"ASI Ramveer Singh, constables Rakesh Kumar and Prakash Chand and driver Rampal posted with Saipau police station were sent to police lines for dereliction in night patrolling," SP Rajesh Singh said.
"The cases of theft were on the rise in the police station area for over two weeks and the policemen were careless during night patrolling," he said.
