"Acting on a tip-off, police intercepted a truck which was on its way from Garhshankar to Mehtiana last night and seized the consignment," Jagmohan Singh, Superintendent of Police said.
Hardev Singh was arrested with the narcotics, Singh said, adding that two of his accomplices managed to give a slip to the police.
