42-year-old Mansoob Khan was beaten to death while his two brothers were injured in the attack by his neighbours on Friday evening.
Four persons including a woman have been arrested.
The attack took place when Mansoob Khan and his two elder brothers Sultan and Mukhtar objected to use of mat (for Namaz) by their neighbour Hanif in a mosque in Janta Colony, police said.
The two families were not in good terms.
Hanif along with his wife Feroz, son Laiq and relative Taju attacked Mansoob and his two brothers outside their home.
