At least five Afghan terrorists were killed in a shootout by the security forces near Pak-Afghan border in this northwestern city of Pakistan today, official sources said.
An exchange of firing took place between security personnel and Afghan terrorists as they entered the Pakistan territory through scenic Bambureet valley of Chitral district of Khyber Pakthunkhwa.
Local residents said that the group of terrorists was active in the area for last few weeks as a couple of days ago these terrorists had killed two innocent Kalash shepherds and escaped from the scene with their cattle.
