A local court today summoned five persons for forgery after police allegedly failed to take action against them.
The action was taken by the ACJM Court on a complaint filed by Sangram Singh, a resident of Vijay Nagar, who alleged that five persons Amit Jain, Rattan Yadav, K P Raguvanshi, Ravindra Singh Sisodia and Manish Solanki had made a forged document of a plot and cheated him of Rs four lakh.
Sangram alleged that police were not taking action against the culprits and so he moved the court "to get justice".
The court fixed May 23 as the next date of hearing.
