5 yrs imprisonment for attempting to sexually assault minor

A 25-year-old man was today sentenced by a Mahila court here to five years imprisonment for trying to sexually assault a school girl when she was on her way to school at Chinnavalayam in this district last year.
Mahila court judge D Lingeswaran found Prabhakaran guilty of attempting to sexually assault the 15-year-old girl.
He also slapped a fine of Rs 25,000 on the man.
