50-yr-old woman drowns in river

A middle-aged woman was today feared drowned in a river in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
The deceased, identified as 50-year-old Sita Devi, fell into Kati river after slipping from a height and drowned early this morning, they said.
Locals along with a police team are at the spot making efforts to recover the body, they added.
