All the victims were in the tractor and engaged in harvesting of jowar crop in the roadside field at Golasangi, 45 km from here, District Superintendent of Police D Prakash said.
The harvesting machine was attached to the tractor.
The deceased included the driver, he said, adding, the injured had been admitted to a government hospital here.
