API GD Ghavte of Kalwa police station said that the accused, identified as one Kirtikumar Shah, had called the victim to office on February 1 on the pretext of giving her some work but is alleged to have then sexually abused her after taking her to some lonely place.
He also beat up and threatened the woman against talking of the matter to anybody, the complaint states.
Police have booked the accused under Sections 376, 323 and 506 of IPC.
