66-year old man held for bid to sexually abuse minor girl

A 66-year old man was arrested today for allegedly trying to sexually abuse a four-year old girl near here.
Police said K.Vellapandi had lured the child with candy and had tried to sexually abuse her.
On a complaint from the child's father, Inspector of Police Meenal arrested Vellapandi. He was later remanded to judicial custody.
