7 kg heroin seized

Police today claimed to have seized seven kg of heroin worth Rs 35 crore and arrested six persons in this regard.
The accused are residents of Amritsar, police said.
During preliminary questioning, they said they used to procure consignment from borders of Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir, they said.
