7-year girl killed in mishap

A seven-year-old girl was killed after being hit by a motorcycle here today, police said.
Arpanjot Kaur was hit by a motorcyclist while she was on way to her home, they said.
The girl was immediately rushed to a hospital where she succumbed to her severe injuries.
On the basis of a statement given by her brother, a case has been registered against accused Manpreet Singh, police said.
