8 school students injured in road mishap

Eight school students were today injured, two of them serious, when the auto rickshaw they were travelling in collided head on with a school bus on Tanda-Maini road here because of fog, police said.
The mishap occurred at around 7 in the morning, they said.
"The accident took place because of fog," said Jaswinderpal Singh, SHO Hoshiarpur (Tanda).
Out of eight injured, two were serious and they were shifted to hospital, police said, adding further investigations are going on.
