According to the police complaint lodged by the victim's father today, the 14-year-old accused allegedly lured the girl to his residence in Vikas Kunj colony on some pretext on October 21 and raped her there.
Traumatised, the girl did not tell her parents about the incident fearing scolding. But the girl broke down yesterday after complaining of stomach ache and narrated to her mother the entire episode, police said.
Gorakh Nath Yadav, SHO of Loni Police Station, said an FIR under section 376 (rape) of the IPC and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act against the accused has been registered.
The accused was produced before a juvenile court which sent him to a juvenile home in Meerut.
