Mexican authorities say nine men have been found bound and dead inside a home in a suburb of the northern city of Monterrey.
Nuevo Leon state Gov. Jaime Rodriguez Calderon said Sunday that the initial investigation suggests the house in the Apodaca suburb was used for drug consumption.
State prosecutor Roberto Flores says authorities responded to a call today and found the victims inside. Two appeared to have been stabbed and the other seven strangled.
The bodies were in a bathroom and another room. Flores says four have been identified.
