The baby was found in the possession of a childless couple at Rasipuram in Namakkal district of Tamil Nadu today, police said.
They have been arrested.
The child was abducted on June 14.
The parents lodged a complaint with police who scanned CCTV footage which showed the baby being carried away by a couple.
The Tamil Nadu couple were arrested based on CCTV footage and the photo identity of the Aadhaar card which they had submitted to get a TTD accommodation during their stay on the Tirumala hills prior to abducting the child, police said.
The baby and the arrested couple are being taken to Tirupati from Tamil Nadu while the child's parents have already arrived in Tirupati from Anantapur in Andhra Pradesh to receive him, according to police.
