A 25 yr man kills himself & his stepmother in property dispute

A 25 year old man today shot dead his stepmother and then committed suicide by shooting himself in Bihar's Munger district, a senior police officer said.
Superintendent of Police Ashish Bharti said that the the deceased have been identified as Rahul Kumar (25) and his stepmother Mamta Devi (40).
The incident which occurred at Bisahri Asthan area under Kharagpur police station limits of the district, could be the fallout of property dispute, the SP said adding that both stepmother and son used to have quarrel over the division of property.
Both stepmother and son had an altercation today also after which the son (Rahul Kumar) shot dead his stepmother (Mamta Devi) and shot himself down later, he said.

Both the bodies have been sent to Munger sadar hospital for post-mortem, SP said adding police was investigating the matter.
