"All the allegations against me contained in the said public notice and the press statement are false, baseless, malicious, scandalous and intended to tarnish my reputation," he said in a notice to M A M R Muthiah.
He asked him to forthwith withdraw the public notice, press statement and the complaint "said to have been lodged by you failing which I will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you".
In a press release, he said he had lodged a police complaint against A C Muthiah, who is a cousin of Ramaswamy and SPIC promoter and two others in this regard.
