Foggy conditions continued to hit train operations as 37 trains including several premier north-bound trains like Rajdhani and Duranto were running late by several hours.
However, flight operations remained more or less unaffected as visibility was 600 meters at 8:30 AM.
The minimum temperature settled three notches above normal at 11 degree Celsius. It was 1.5 points higher than yesterday's 9.5 degree Celsius. Humidity was recorded at 93 per cent at 8:30 AM.
"It is going to be a partly cloudy throughout the day and rains/thundershowers may occur in some areas which pull down mercury. The day temperature is expected to settle around 15 degree Celsius," said a MeT official.
