Sena's Bhawna Arora, the woman who threw ink at Kejriwal, released a video of an alleged sting operation that she says establishes the "laxity" of the Delhi government in enforcing laid down norms thereby putting "hundreds of lives at risk".
Arora said mandatory compliance plates, which are required to get a CNG vehicle refilled or get stickers that aid exemption of vehicles from the 'odd even' scheme, were issued to her based on the registration certificate of a two-wheeler.
Rai had recently stated that Sena, a group of AAP dissidents formed in 2014, was wrong in blaming the city government and that the charges had more to do with inaction on the part of Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO) which comes under Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
"PESO has 96 CNG-testing centres across the country. These centres issue compliance plates to CNG-run vehicles and on this basis, IGL employees refill CNG cylinders," Rai had said.
"I have approached the Chief Minister thrice. But every time, I was heckled by AAP volunteers at the CM's residence where I went with evidences. Gopal Rai refused to meet me as well," Arora said.
