Rai, who set up the company in 2011 right after the success of "Tanu Weds Manu", thanked fans and well-wishers for the successful five-year journey of Colour Yellow Pictures.
"Today, the colour yellow family completes it 5years in filmmaking. Thank you all for being there. #5BeautifulYearsOfCYPPL," Rai, 44, posted on Twitter.
After three back-to-back successful films, the production house is now branching out into TV and the digital space along with other films in the pipeline.
