Babbar, at a series of public meetings at the Uttam Nagar constituency, appealed to the people to support Mukesh Sharma in the upcoming Assembly polls.
"Mukesh Sharma has always worked for the welfare of the people fighting for their rights and taking up issues concerning them," Babbar said.
"BJP and AAP are responsible for the power and water crises in Delhi, they have created a mess on those fronts," he said adding that Congress party was poised for a forceful return in the upcoming polls.
