"AAP's so called hastily assembled leaders can be equated with the misguided missiles that do not know the direction in which they are proceeding," he said.
Criticising Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Sukhbir said, "Kejriwal backstabbed the people of Punjab when on his visit to the state he ranted against construction of SYL but the moment he got back to his citadel in Delhi he started singing paeans in favour of SYL construction."
"AAP is fast losing ground in Delhi which is crystal clear from its defeat in the municipal corporation elections there," Badal said.
Lashing out at Congress, Badal said, "PPCC chief Captain Amarinder Singh is a frustrated man as his dream of holding the reins of the state was shattered twice in 2007 and 2012 and he would meet a similar fate in 2017 assembly elections too".
He dared former Chief Minister Amarinder Singh to showcase even a single development centric project or the initiative undertaken by him during his tenure.
He said that state police recruitment process will begin on July 5 "and the whole world would see that all candidates would come out clean".
"Not a single candidate during army recruitment drive in one-and-a-half-year-ago in Patiala was found positive in drug test which is a befitting reply to all those defaming Punjab only to gain political mileage," he stated.
