Garg and his AAP supporters were protesting against the hike in school fees, rates of school uniform and books outside the Education Department at Rohini yesterday.
A high drama was witnessed when Garg along with AAP supporters were arrested and taken away in a van.
A case was registered at Prashant Vihar Police station under sections 186 (Obstructing public servant in discharge of public functions), 506 (Punishment for criminal intimidation) and 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of IPC against them, police said.
