Talwar's lawyer Tanveer Ahmed Mir told the special CBI court here that according to the Aarushi's post mortem examination report, she had suffered hairline fracture on her forehead.
"Forensic expert and defence witness Dr RK Sharma, former HoD of forensic science at AIIMS, told during his testimony in the court that hairline fracture could not be the result of golf club attack," the lawyer said.
Mir also said that various scientific tests like brain-mapping, polygraphs conducted on Talwar couple don't point finger on the dentist couple.
"No DNA and biological fluid belonging to Aarushi and Hemraj was detected on golf club recovered from the Talwar's house," he said.
Mir said that there was no v-shape injury on Aarushi's forehead, "but Dr Sunil Dohre later created such things in the pot mortem report".
Dohre had conducted Aarushi's post-mortem.
"CFSL expert MS Dahiya prepared his report without seeing or examining golf club seized from Talwar's house," he said.
