ABVP to 'gherao' Raj Bhawan over VC appointments in MP

Protesting against the alleged corruption in the appointment of Vice Chancellors in various universities in Madhya Pradesh, student wing of BJP today announced that it will protest in front of the Governor's residence on July 31.
"There is rampant corruption in the appointment of Vice Chancellors," Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad's Madhya Bharat Regional Office Secretary Chandan Singh Lodhi alleged.
ABVP will 'gherao' the Raj Bhawan on July 31, he said.
The outfit will also release a "black paper" on the issue, he said.
