Lalmalsawma issued the instruction last evening following the decision to order the ACB probe by the meeting of the Council of Ministers on Monday, official sources said.
The State Level Committee had recommended payment of Rs 2.47 crore as Central Transport Subsidy (CTS) and another Rs 93. 90 as Central Capital Investment Subsidy (CCIS) for the Mizo Carbon Products, owned by Ravi Gulgulia, central Committee of the Young Mizo Association (CYMA) leaders said.
