Foxx, 50, and Holmes, 39, have never confirmed their relationship, but have been frequently spotted spending quality time together.
The "Baby Driver" actor was on ESPN as he prepared to play on Team Clippers as part of the NBA All-Star Celebrity Basketball Game alongside stars including Justin Bieber, Quavo and Nick Cannon.
During the live interview prior to the game, SportCenter's host Michael Smith asked Foxx how he had prepared for the game and with he replied, "I'm always prepared, it's a ready made thing, all you got to do is add water. As soon as you pour water on me, it's crazy."
To this, a visibly uncomfortable yet smiling Foxx took off his headset and walked off. He then started to warm up for the game.
