Ad hoc bonus for WB govt employees

West Bengal government employees who are not covered by any productivity linked bonus scheme and those who earn less than Rs 25000 monthly will be given an ad-hoc bonus of Rs 3400.
According to a statement issued by the finance department, the ad-hoc bonus is for the accounting year 2015-16.
For those in the income bracket of Rs 25,000 to Rs 36,000 per month will be eligible for an interest-free festival advance of upto Rs 4000, it said.
