Adani Enterprises appoints Pranav Adani as Additional Director

Nephew of Adani Group founder Gautam Adani currently heads group's agro business as MD of Adani Wilmar

Adani Enterprises today appointed Pranav Adani as an Additional Director following re-organisation of the company's business structure.

Pranav, nephew of Adani Group founder and chairman Gautam Adani, is currently heading the group's agro business as Managing Director of Adani Wilmar.

Pranav Adani has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from March 31, 2015, the company said in a filing to the BSE.

In January, Adani Enterprises had announced major business reorganisation aimed at unravelling its corporate structure and unlocking shareholder value.
