Adani Enterprises incorporates wholly owned agri subsidiary

Adani Enterprises Ltd today announced incorporation of a wholly-owned arm Adani Agri Logistics (Panipat) Ltd (AALPL).
"The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely, "Adani Agri Logistics (Panipat) Limited" ("AALPL") on January 11, 2016," Adani Enterprises Ltd said in a filing to BSE.
AALPL is yet to commence its business operations, it said.

Mobile game developing company Moonfrog Labs has appointed Deepa Naidu as the Director of Human Resources.

Qualcomm Appoints Larry Paulson as VP and President India ops
Chipmaker Qualcomm today said it has appointed Larry Paulson as vice president and president of its India operations.
Paulson will report directly to Jim Cathey, senior vice president and president of Asia Pacific and India, Qualcomm said in a statement.
"Larry has a long history in the wireless industry and experience in building cellular phones and running large businesses, all of which will be instrumental in his new role," Cathey said.
He will provide leadership and drive business growth for Qualcomm in the region, and will oversee the sales and business organization in India with responsibility for all Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT) and Qualcomm Technology Licensing (QTL) go-to-market activities, he added.
