The dates of signing of the concession agreement and commencement will be decided at this meeting, Kerala Ports Minister K Babu said.
The state government had issued the Letter of Award to the Gujarat-based Adani Group last week.
Kerala has also asked the Centre to take a decision soon on its request for relaxation of cabotage for the Vizhinjam port.
