Singh will enquire into the case and submit a report to the Home and Political Department.

Tiwari said citizen committees and village defence parties are working in close tandem to restore complete normalcy in the area.
Three youths have been rounded up and they are being interrogated, he added.
Meanwhile, Gauhati Medical College and Hospital superintendent Ramen Talukdar said the youth from Sipajhar who sustained minor bruises would be discharged today.
